The Chairperson of the NDMC is the Patron of the institute and Chairperson of the Governing Body. The Governing Body shall lay down the policies, guidelines, and rules for the functioning of the institute. Such rules can only be changed by the Governing, council. Day-to-day functions will be supervised by the Management Committee as appointed by the Governing Body.
